My Story:
credentials
At DeSantis Family Law, Jason DeSantis is more than the Director of Business Development, he’s the steady hand behind the scenes, helping guide the firm with a blend of strategic thinking, heart, and lived experience. At every turn, he’s focused on ensuring that DeSantis Family Law not only runs efficiently, but reflects the values it was built on.
With a degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a professional background spanning financial services, project management, and HR, Jason brings structure, empathy, and insight to every part of the firm’s operation. Jason thrives in building systems that work—ones that support both the people behind the firm and the families they serve. His financial savvy keeps the business grounded, while his human-first approach helps create a team culture rooted in collaboration, compassion, and excellence.
But Jason’s impact goes well beyond office walls. A committed member of the Northern Kentucky community, he understands that connection matters—in business and in life. As a proud, over five-year sober alcoholic and an active sponsor in AA, he has faced hard truths, done the work, and emerged stronger for it. His outreach and engagement efforts are as authentic as his conversations with clients, many of whom meet him before they ever step into the courtroom.
When you call DeSantis Family Law, Jason is often the first voice you hear. He listens—really listens—and brings calm, compassion, and clarity to what may feel like chaos. His goal is simple: to make sure every client knows they’re not just a case file—they’re a family worth fighting for.

- Jason’s nickname in high school was “Box Man” in reference to his flat top haircut he wore during his freshman year (circa 1991).
- Jason is infamous for his love of “dad-jokes” — oftentimes, being the only person laughing at them.
