My Story:
My passion for family law comes from a deep understanding of how challenging and life-changing these moments can be. Through my own experiences, I have developed a firsthand appreciation for the strength it takes to navigate difficult transitions and rebuild. That perspective shapes the way I show up for clients—with understanding, steadiness, and a genuine desire to help them feel supported throughout the process.
To me, every case is personal because every case involves a real family, real change, and a future that matters. My goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and empowered as they move through life transitions and toward their next chapter. When that happens, it is a reminder that this work serves a deeper purpose—one that reaches beyond any particular case. I want clients to be able to look back when their case is over and know that their life is better because of it.

Samantha brings a diverse legal background to DeSantis Family Law, with experience in both personal injury and family law. Her background in personal injury strengthened her ability to manage moving pieces, stay organized under pressure, and keep cases progressing efficiently, while her work in family law deepened her passion for helping individuals navigate some of the most personal and emotionally complex moments of their lives.
Known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and calm presence, Samantha helps create structure in the middle of what can often feel like chaos. She values clear communication and takes pride in helping clients feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. She understands that behind every file is a real family, and she approaches her work with both professionalism and empathy.
Outside of the office, Samantha spends most of her time with her two daughters, her fiancé, and their dog, Emmy. Family is at the center of her life, and that perspective naturally carries into the way she supports the families our Firm serves. As Senior Paralegal at DeSantis Family Law, Samantha brings consistency, compassion, and a powerful sense of purpose to every matter she touches. She is cornerstone to our work family.
